Talking to Ourselves: How Scripture Meditation Fights Off Depression

Talking to Ourselves: How Scripture Meditation Fights Off Depression.

The article posted above caught my attention.  It may not be new counsel… but it is timely and important.  Fighting off the constant onslaught of the enemy and the lies we let ourselves listen to and get tangled up in, it becomes critical that we learn to fight well to keep God’s word in the forefront of our thinking… and believing.

My pastor offered a recommendation to a number of us to read a book titled,  Counsel One Another:  A Theology of Personal Discipleship by Paul Tautges.  So I took a look around and found some additional good reasons to listen (http://www.sermonaudio.com/sermoninfo.asp?SID=321101535101) and read some of this pastor’s thoughts for the church.
