Has God predetermined every detail in the universe, including sin? (John Piper)

When I watched this video segment, first, with interest in hearing how Pastor John Piper would answer this question, I wondered…

If I post this, will I offend/put off my brothers and sisters or will I invite them to behold their God?  I hope you know, by the love of Christ in my new heart, I want to behold our God with you… and here is a way that is often declined or pushed away from in the church.

Hear God’s word in this and don’t be afraid to believe He is more than we can understand or explain.  Worship Him in the beauty of holiness!

Ascribe to the LORD the glory due his name;   bring an offering and come before him!  Worship the LORD in the splendor of holiness;   tremble before him, all the earth;   yes, the world is established; it shall never be moved.  Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice,   and let them say among the nations, “The LORD reigns!” (1 Chronicles 16:29-31 ESV)
